Hasan hails from Lebanon, but has been in the Gulf since Sheikh Zayed Road was a camel track… almost. He made his name in the communication world by working with international agencies such as D’arcy and Publicis and later set up Brand Lounge in 2006 to introduce the international concept of brand development to the Gulf.
Mohamad is an award-winning social entrepreneur and marketing professional with more than 10 years of experience in the AME region. He has extensive expertise in strategy development, brand building & positioning, the formulation of content strategies and applied digital marketing.
Brand Lounge’s first employee and resident biker, Toni has an impressive collection of vintage motorcycles and is the proud owner of a 1984 Chevy Silverado. He is one of those creative all-rounders who can turn even the most challenging brief into a thing of beauty.
Farida, our Design Director, is super meticulous in everything she designs and creates. We like to call her Little Miss Tidy as she’s borderline OCD and obsessed with labelling everything, even down to her cupboards. Originally from Lebanon, Farida studied design in Italy, so she “knows her cipolle!”
Our “Mr. Organization”, Fadi has experience across a wide range of marketing disciplines, endless patience and super project management skills. He’s just what you’d expect from a black-belt brand manager.
An award winning digital brand professional with 8 years of experience across a broad range of diverse industry segments and digital functions, Vugar has an astounding ability to transfer vision, creativity and business acumen into the digital world. He is digital, down to the core. Hailing from Azerbaijan, he’s become an integral part of our team.
Bringing 10 years of advertising experience, Hammad is now stepping into the world of branding. A multi-talented creative person and a self-proclaimed geek, he is refreshingly outspoken and brings an invaluable sense of the absurd to his work.
Originally from India, having lived in Kuwait and Switzerland and now Dubai, Ashwini has a true passion for delivering brands. She does the gritty research and analysis, gains invaluable insights and then hones it all in to help develop the right brand strategy. Ash is the fitness girl on our team who loves to travel the globe in search of the best trek.
Nourhan comes from a multi discipline background having worked in film production, advertising and digital and has built an impressive network of regional celebrities and influencers. Our social expert, she’s fascinated by people – what makes them tick, what makes them engage and what turns them off. A day-dreamer, she brings a youthful bohemian spirit to the team and has become a great support for launching our experimental brands.
Shady is a master in brand delivery, with execution that is unparalleled and a skill set that continues to grow through his many hobbies from photography to movie making. He loves to rally the team with his big hugs and his presence is a warm addition to our office.
With all the loud folks in our office, it’s refreshing to find a man of few words. Actually, Naveed communicates in code, which speaks volumes for our clients’ digital platforms. His tech-driven expertise has become invaluable to our team.
Alina, who sits at the front, welcomes all our guests to Brand Lounge with a smile. But don’t let her sweet exterior fool you. She’s as tough as they get in keeping our accounts in check. Originally from Ukraine, she’s now learning all about the different laws, rules and habits from the wide range of global companies we work with.
Our “Mr. Fix-It”, “Bob the Builder” and “Parker the chauffeur” all rolled into one, Pathum finds a way, whatever the need. He gave up a promising career in films to support our office, and Brand Lounge has become a better place because of him.
